Our component repair process works as follows:

Fatigued and damaged components are taken to our custom workshop facility in Singleton for disassembly and inspection. Components are individually repaired and tested to the original engineering specification. Dimensions, tolerances, and performance meet the same high levels of quality as that of the respective new part. The latest factory specifications can also be applied, ready to be returned to the customer’s mine site for reinstallation.
